About the event

Spooky stories offer anxious readers an opportunity for catharsis, insight, and tools for confronting real-life fears. Authors of spooky middle-grade books discuss techniques for integrating evidence-based techniques and creative bibliotherapy into a social-emotional curriculum for classroom use.

I will speak on this topic with fellow authors Carey Blankenship-Kramer, Adrianna Cuevas, Christine Virnig, and Jenna Yun.
